This session with the fourth Vice-President of the Government of Spain and Minister for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, Ms. Teresa Ribera, will focus on the recovery measures taken by the government of Spain in order to drive sustainable and economic growth in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. In this context, we will discover the opportunities that the recovery plan offers to build more sustainable and livable cities and we will learn to what extend the energy and climate framework promoted will improve life in cities.
