Barcelona, Amsterdam and Montreal are working internationally through the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights for a digital transition that is rights-based, inclusive and green. In this session, the political representatives responsible for digital innovation will address the challenges cities face in the post-covid era for a digital transformation that fosters social progress and contributes to climate action.
