Cities are made of people. Understanding people as they are will decisively facilitate the way in which public policies are implemented. Likewise, accepting the organic dynamics of the city will allow for a broader understanding of what works for the improvement of living conditions in urban space. In this session, the City Nervous System framework from Ubiwhere will be presented as a reference for the construction of a Smart City.
