‘Smart Ports: Piers of the Future’ is an international congress on innovation, sustainability and digital transformation.
It is organized by Port of Barcelona, under the frame of the SCEWC, and joined by some of the most innovative ports of the world.
On 2020 ‘Smart Ports: Piers of the Future’ held it’s second edition virtually and live streaming through its platform Smart Ports TV. Ports of Antwerp, Hamburg, Los Angeles, Montreal, Rotterdam and Busan among with companies of the port ecosystem presented their projects on Drones, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin, Green Smart Ports and Smart Ports Cities.
The agenda of Smart Ports 2020 was divided in different tracks: Innovative Technologies, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Smart Piers Cities, etc. And it counts with speakers like Gene Seroka (Executive Director of Port of Los Angeles), Jens Meier (CEO of Hamburg Port Authority), Park Kyung Cheol (CIO of Busan Port Authority) and other important professionals of the sector.
