His plan, called Agenda 47, is an allusion to sustainable-development goals and his aspirations to return to the White House. This announcement follows recent conspiracies by the right-wing about walkable neighborhoods being compared to "open-air prisons." These plans are part of a decades-long campaign to halt actual transit and housing policies.
